Koskinen Family Business Oy ("Koskinen & Co") uses third-party service providers ("Sub-Processors") to support its business operations and deliver services to customers. This page lists the Sub-Processors that may process personal data on our behalf or on behalf of our customers.

This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.

• Notion — Workspace and documentation (US)
• Linear — Project management (US)
• Webflow — Website hosting (US)

3. Communication Tools

• Slack — Team and client communication (US)
• WhatsApp (Meta) — Messaging (EU/US)
• Loom — Video messaging (US)
• Spark (Readdle) — Email client (EU)

4. AI Tools

• Anthropic (Claude) — Analysis, drafting, research (US)
• OpenAI (ChatGPT) — Analysis, drafting, research (US)
• Google (Gemini) — Analysis, drafting, research (EU/US)
• Perplexity — Research (US)

AI tools are used to assist with analysis, drafting, and research tasks. Decisions based on AI-assisted work are reviewed and made by humans.

5. Device and Sync Services

• Apple iCloud — Device sync, contacts, notes (EU/US)

6. Financial Services

• Holvi — Business banking (EU)

7. Additional Sub-Processors

Other tools may be used as required for specific client engagements. We will inform you if additional Sub-Processors are engaged for your project.

8. Data Protection

All Sub-Processors are engaged under appropriate data processing agreements. For international transfers outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) or adequacy decisions as applicable.

9. Updates

We may update this list as our tools and service providers change. Material changes to Sub-Processors used for client data processing will be notified in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
